You definitely went too fast and then you should have drive the heat protector with the blow dryer before you put that cone wrap behind something wet and you rushed your hair You got beautiful hair but you rush your hair because those combs really keep your hair straight no matter how nappy it is if you do it the right way

These type of times never work the bottom line is you will get some damage regardless and in order to get a good look you need to use a flat iron to get the look I don’t care what they say this is a waste of money 🙄the hype is just lies … that puffy ass shit is not appealing you look ghetto and bushy so I would say no to this product

You are not doing it right. I have 4c hair and I blow dry my hair than use this iron. I never burn myself with it and instead of 45-1hr doing my hair it’s 20-35 mins. Best purchase I ever made.

Yes , us real 4C hair girlies understand. I be watching videos of girls using products that claim to be 4C and I be like girl bye! But Anyway, you are correct I tried so many products and tools and professionals and my hair simply will only stay straight 15 min max🤷🏾‍♀️I just gotta deal with it or relax it. However, I would use this before getting braids-I think it’s perfect for that.

We’re so unlucky with our hair type. So puffy and dumb. I hate it and wish I had nicer hair.

Yessss I thought it was just me my daughter was getting upset that her hair 4c wasn’t how they advertised it I thought I was doing it wrong it’s like a hot comb just lightens it!! Her hair is very thick!! It’s good in my hair which is relaxed but not so good in hers such a shame!

I have 4c 4b hair and I used the same straightener and had the same results, it does straighten but you will have to go back and use the flat iron for a consistent straight look. I like the straightener and the blow dryer but still have use flat irons. Maybe a professional can do better with straightener. I feel like this was a good review for the average joe
